Prohibited User Conduct Policy

Prohibited User Conduct Policy

1. Purpose and scope

This policy governs the use of the Forentiax website by visitors, customers, and anyone interacting with its browsing, account, order, payment, support, and return functions. These rules are intended to protect site security, transaction integrity, and the rights of all parties. They apply without limiting the rights granted to consumers, including the right to file complaints, dispute a charge in good faith, request assistance, or exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days in accordance with the terms published by the store.

Conduct is not considered illicit solely because it is unusual or unfavorable to Forentiax. Before taking restrictive measures, Forentiax evaluates the available evidence, the severity, the frequency, any immediate risk, and the user's explanations, when compatible with the security of the verification process.

2. Identity, account, and credentials

It is prohibited to create or use an account with an intentionally false identity, impersonate another person, or claim to act on behalf of third parties without authorization. You may not obtain, share, or use others' credentials, bypass access controls, open multiple accounts to circumvent a justified restriction, or provide deliberately altered data to make order verification impossible.

The user must safeguard their credentials with reasonable care and promptly report any unrecognized access. The user is not held responsible for activities conducted after a valid report if Forentiax unjustifiably fails to implement reasonable technical measures. A typo, a change of address, or the legitimate use of different delivery details do not, in themselves, constitute a violation.

3. Orders, addresses, and product availability

It is prohibited to submit simulated orders, use automated procedures to exhaust inventory, repeat purchases without the intent to pay, or knowingly provide a non-existent address for the purpose of causing costs, service disruptions, or rerouting of goods. Artificial splitting and coordinated multiplication of orders are also prohibited when used to circumvent security checks or technical limits communicated during the purchase process.

Multiple orders, purchases for multiple locations, or requests for delivery to an address other than the billing address remain lawful when the data is authentic and the transaction is authorized. Forentiax may request information strictly necessary to verify concrete inconsistencies, without requiring data that exceeds the purpose of the verification.

4. Payments and fraud attempts

It is not permitted to use stolen, forged, or revoked payment methods, or payment methods without the account holder's consent; manipulate the outcome of a transaction; present fake payment documents; or attempt to obtain multiple refunds for the same amount simultaneously. It is prohibited to fraudulently declare a knowingly executed or approved payment as unauthorized.

A bank dispute, a request for clarification, or a good-faith recourse to an available remedy are not prohibited behaviors. Opening a dispute alone does not prove fraud. Forentiax may provide the relevant transaction data to the payment provider, limiting it to what is necessary to investigate the case.

5. Returns, refunds, and product reports

It is prohibited to replace the received good with a different item, intentionally return extraneous components, remove or keep accessories while falsely claiming they were missing upon delivery, alter the product to simulate a defect, or present manipulated photos, videos, or documents. It is also prohibited to request a refund for an item the user knows they have not returned, unless a loss was already reported and verified during return transit.

Opening the packaging, reasonably inspecting the good, reporting a defect, the presence of actually discovered damage, or exercising the right of withdrawal within 30 days does not constitute abuse. Disagreements regarding the origin of damage must be examined based on documentation, package condition, tracking, received parts, and user observations; this cannot be automatically classified as fraudulent conduct.

6. Communications with Forentiax

In written or telephone communications, credible threats, blackmail, repeated harassment, discrimination, intentional dissemination of personal data of employees or collaborators, impersonation, and mass sending of content unrelated to the request are prohibited. You may not use malicious attachments or induce staff to reveal passwords, access codes, or information regarding other customers.

Criticism, negative reviews, insistent but pertinent requests, firm disputes, and reports to authorities are not prohibited. Forentiax may request that communication continue in writing if necessary to properly document the case or to protect the people involved, without unjustifiably interrupting the handling of the request.

7. Site security and use of technical functions

It is prohibited to introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe vulnerabilities without consent, intercept communications, alter data, bypass security measures, deliberately overload the infrastructure, or obstruct the use of the site by others. Bots, scripts, or automated tools intended to systematically copy the catalog, simulate orders, generate artificial traffic, or bypass technical controls are not allowed.

Normal indexing by search engines, the use of assistive technologies, and personal browsing of pages are not covered by this prohibition, provided they do not compromise the security, availability, or integrity of the service.

8. Content, images, and trademarks

It is not permitted to substantially copy, remove source indications, modify, or reuse for commercial purposes texts, photographs, graphics, technical data sheets, catalog structure, or distinctive signs published by Forentiax without a legitimate title. It is prohibited to present such materials as one's own, create pages deceptively similar to the site, or use them to confuse the public regarding the identity of the seller.

Strictly personal uses and uses permitted by law, including limited citations or reproductions carried out legitimately, remain permitted. Sharing a link to a public page, without altering its content or suggesting an non-existent affiliation, does not constitute a violation.

9. Personal data and third-party rights

The user must not enter personal data of third parties without a legitimate reason, publish confidential information in free-text areas, or send documents unnecessary for handling the request. When providing the name, contact, or address of a different recipient, the user declares they are authorized to use such data for delivery.

It is prohibited to collect data from the site using automated means, create customer lists, or attempt to obtain non-public information. Forentiax processes elements related to possible abuse only for security, fraud prevention, protection of rights, and dispute management, applying criteria of necessity and proportionality.

10. Verification and applicable measures

In the presence of concrete indicators, Forentiax may request targeted verification, temporarily suspend the affected function, block an access attempt, refuse an order not yet finalized, or preserve necessary technical logs. If the risk is immediate, the measure may precede communication to the user; in other cases, the essential reason and the methods for providing clarifications are indicated in an understandable form.

Measures are proportionate to the conduct and limited to the necessary duration. An isolated and correctable irregularity does not automatically justify the permanent closure of an account. When the violation is serious, repeated, or fraudulent, Forentiax may limit the account, cancel invalidly concluded transactions, refuse new orders, or terminate abusive interactions. For an already concluded contract, any suspensions or cancellations are adopted only when there is a concrete foundation and in compliance with rights already accrued by the customer.

Forentiax does not retain sums as an automatic penalty. Amounts owed to the customer remain refundable according to the outcome of the verification; once a refund is processed, it normally takes 4–7 business days to appear on the original payment method, depending on the payment provider. Only actual damages or costs properly demonstrated through applicable procedures remain recoverable.

11. Reporting, review, and retention of evidence

The user may request a review of a measure by indicating the order, account, or communication in question and attaching relevant evidence. Forentiax re-evaluates the case without presuming the user's liability and responds within a reasonable time, taking into account complexity and any verifications with the payment provider or carrier.

Access logs, correspondence, order data, and technical documentation are retained only for the period necessary for verification, defense of rights, or fulfillment of applicable obligations. In case of suspected illegal activity, Forentiax may transmit relevant information to authorities or those in charge of security, without disclosure beyond the necessary purpose.
